GuriKaabe — Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and OPENARMS ALLIANCE LLC ("we", "us"), which runs GuriKaabe. By using the app or website you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

What GuriKaabe does

GuriKaabe coordinates deliveries: you tell us what you need and where you are, you pay the merchant from your own mobile money, and a driver brings the order to you. We arrange the delivery. We never hold your money — payment goes straight from your phone to the merchant's mobile-money number.

Your account

• Your account is your phone number. You confirm it with a one-time code we text you.
• Keep your phone and its codes to yourself. Anyone who has your phone and a code can sign in as you, and see and place orders on your account.
• Use your own number, and give us accurate delivery details.

Text messages (SMS)

• We text you a one-time login code only when you ask to sign in. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. If you add an email, you can choose to get the code there instead.
• How often you get a text depends on how often you sign in.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. If you reply STOP, we can't send you a login code, so you won't be able to sign in until you text START to the same number.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Orders and payment

• When you place an order you agree its total with us. Before you confirm a payment in your phone's dialer, check that the amount and the merchant number are right — a mobile-money transfer cannot be undone by us.
• Tapping "I've paid" tells us to check. Your order is paid only when our operator has seen the money arrive at the merchant's number. If we can't find your payment, we'll contact you before anything else happens.
• We don't take card or bank details, and we never ask for your mobile-money PIN. Anyone who asks for your PIN is not us.

Delivery

• Give a landmark a driver can actually find, and keep your phone on so the driver can reach you.
• Delivery times are estimates. Roads, weather, security and the network can delay an order.
• The driver may take a photo at delivery as proof for both of you.

Cancellations and refunds

• If an order can't be completed after you've paid, we record what you're owed and send it back to you by mobile money, to the number you paid from. Contact us if you're waiting on one.
• Because we never hold your money, refunds are sent by our staff from the merchant's phone, not processed automatically by the app.

What you must not do

• Order anything illegal, or use the service to move money for anyone else.
• Claim a payment you didn't make, or use someone else's payment reference.
• Threaten, harass or endanger drivers or staff.
• Try to see orders that aren't yours, overload the service, or access it with scripts or bots.

We may refuse an order, or close an account, that breaks these rules.

Drivers and operators

Staff accounts are created only by us, after we've spoken with you. If you work with us, these terms apply along with anything else we agree with you separately.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the service running and your orders accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen or prevented, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

Closing your account

You can stop using GuriKaabe at any time, and ask us to delete your account at gurikaabe@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using GuriKaabe after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
